Hi-Tec provides full life-cycle support in systems acquisition and deployment. Hi-Tec assists clients in needs assessment and requirement determination, and provides a solution that meets their needs. Hi-Tec provides systems engineering and technical support services which include requirements/specifications and concept of operations (CONOPS) development, evaluation/selection of technologies, system integration and testing, field deployment, transition planning, and training. Hi-Tec also provides post-sales warranty and maintenance services, and planned product improvements. Hi-Tec staff includes highly skilled professionals with in-depth knowledge of US, European, and ICAO safety and security requirements, standards, and practices including ICAO Annex 1, 6, 8, 11, 14, and 17. Hi-Tec is currently leading three U.S-India Aviation Cooperative Program (ACP) projects to provide support to DGCA and AAI in technical, operational and management training, aviation safety, and in the development of airport geographic information systems.
